Thank you for using the Physicians' Surgery Center for your upcoming surgery.

Our goal is your satisfaction with our services. In preparation for your visit, a representative of the Center will call you to obtain information to enter your account into our computer. We will need the same information you gave the doctor's office; name, date of birth, address, phone, insurance information, etc. The process takes only a few minutes and helps us serve you better. If it is more convenient for you, please contact us when your doctor schedules your procedure.

A Center representative will call your insurance company to verify benefits and deductible amounts. They will also obtain information regarding pre-certification and claims addresses. After our representative has completed this, you will receive a call. At this time, you will be advised of the estimate of charges for your procedure, amounts due on the day of your surgery, and financial arrangements will be made.

You will be given an estimate of charges based on the procedure(s) which were scheduled by your doctor. Your self pay portion/co-insurance amount will be based on the information received from your insurance company at the time the benefits were verified. We will make every effort to be as accurate as possible. The performance of additional or fewer procedures than scheduled could result in a higher or lower bill.

We will bill your insurance carrier based on the number of procedure(s) performed at the time of your surgery. Payment arrangements may need to be adjusted depending on the actual procedure performed. Please note that you will receive a bill from anesthesiology, lab, and pathology if these services are rendered. Please feel free to call us at any time regarding your account.
